It is a fundamental necessity that project costs are effectively managed throughout the construction stage of the project.
At all stages of the project we keep our clients informed of the financial position of the contract at agreed regular intervals.
Our clients are concerned with not only the current cost position but also the likely pattern of future payments over the contract period and the probable final total cost.
As the works proceed onsite we will produce regular financial statements keeping our clients up todate with the estimated total final cost of the project.
The cost report is crucial in that it can forewarn our clients of any future possible increases or decreases in the cost of the project.
Insurance & Expert Witness...
Whether it be residential dwellings, commercial or industrial buildings, we provide accurate and comprehensive repair and/or replacement estimates, providing you with certainty when dealing with your Insurer or Client. We are independent and proud of it.
Our estimates are generally measured in accordance with NZS 4202, providing you with confidence that a nationally recognised method of measurement has been followed.
With the changes to home insurance we can provide you with an Insurance Reinstatement Estimate providing you with the certainty you require as to the true cost to replace your most important asset. Our estimates allow for everything including demolition, professional fees and inflation.
We provide Expert Witness services to the Courts as required.

We provide a comprehensive take-off and pricing service for builders and subcontractors.
We provide easy to follow formats and measure all builders trades and work in a clear and concise fashion. Our tender summary provides clarity between the builders work and those of the subcontractor trades.
We can assist with tender preparation and submission, contract negotiation and post-contract administration including monthly progress claims and variation claims.
